WHEN YOU GET 5,5 KILOS TO DISAPPEAR IN 30 MIN

It didn't surprise me that I had overweight on my travel bags. Although I weighed both cases on the weight at home before I left, and it showed that both were under 20 kilos. But when I weighed them at the airport showed one of the cases 25 kilos! -and the other 20.5, ๐Ÿ˜ฑ And the hand luggage, we don´t talk about that oneat all, it was way too heavy. But with black belt in packing, I managed to check in both for 20kg each, TaDaaaa๐Ÿ’ โ™€๏ธ 

 

 

Great with fast track ticket, continue by, stop by to exchange some GBP cash and right in the tax free. Had 30 min on me until the plane went off. Shopped perfume and some makeup off the world's sweetest ladies who helped me finding the right products. I haven´t used any big amounts on make up earlier, and have often used brands that are not so expensive, but with the years I have seen how important it is to take care of the skin on my face and I am so tired of that the skin will react to the cheap makeup, plus that the makeup lose so fast hold. And when it comes to makeup, I have a lot left to learn, so then it is fine with some beauties in the tax-free that can help.

 

 

The choice felt on this mineral powder from Bare Minerals, Terracotta Sun Powder, and the new perfume from Marc Jakobs.

 

And then one of the cute girls who helped me came after me and gave me a perfect goodie bag and wished me good luck in London. It was so nice done! I got a toiletry from Versace, the new perfumes for Jean Paul and a sample on the new perfume from Chanel that I really wanted to buy before I saw the one from MJ ๐Ÿ˜ This was right on point! Thank you Babes ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ˜˜

The tommy started screaming and I bought with me some snacks to have on the plane. Previously, I used to bring my food in bags, so they can be thrown after use, smart right? Well, if people look little strange then, when you pull up a plastic bag of vegetables and potatoes, totally fine. Hahaha ...

 

.... but with 3 suitcases it was more than enough, so I did not bring my food as well.

 

 

The choice ended on Sushi and a Diet Coke, not the cleanest choice, but better than much else๐Ÿ˜ŠI also had vith me this L-Carnitine water from Biotech witsh taste amazing! This one is with taste of kiwi fruit. I've been so good at cutting soda thanks to Victoria. Before, I easily drank almost 1L diet soda a day, now it may only be 1/2 -1L a week๐Ÿ˜„

 

 

I've mentioned it before that my body struggled because it holdes so much water, and especially when I'm up in a airplane, and I'm so glad I've found a solution to this terrible problem. With a tablet blood thinner and with grapefruit in the system that problem is solved๐Ÿ˜

 

 

So incredibly nice to have a comfortable flight, I was going to write, until the kid next to me started screaming and literally starting to squirming, like swimming in the air when it´s lifted up. Haha. Instead of letting it annoy me, I try to laugh with it instead. Oh nooo, now she looks at me, points to my red lipstick and smiles. Oh my, such a beauty!

 

Well, I'm very happy I don't have kids yet, I would had been the world's toughest mother, and the world's easiest one to flatterโค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜† 

 

 

 

 

 

For Interested: (weight / maintain weight)

 

 

When I was supposed to choose sushi, I first choosed the biggest one, the one with 12 pieces. It looked so good! BUT then I thought: If every bit is about 50 kcal, then it´s actually 600 kcal in the whole meal pack, and if I'm going to enjoy protein bars as well then we're suddenly up in 800kcals on a meal, that's pretty much for the little body like mine. Ofc I waned to choose the biggest one, but should I keep the weight then I cannot think that I can eat everything I want all the time. It just doesn't work that way.

 

I choosed the one with 6 bits, and I´m happy I did that because it was not that good.

 

 

My point here is that even if the eyes want you to choose the biggest, the most filling, the most delicious, and hopefully the best tasting meal, try to use your head and count quickly over the content in the food so you get a clue about what and how much you put in to your system. After you have did this a lot, things will go by themselves.

 

I can almost everything about all the different food since I have studied food for so many years as I have, so my eyes work like a scanner when I see food. I know it´s many humans who are like "I don't want to know what's in it, cos if it's not good for me then I'm not going to eat it and I will continue to eat it". But HALOOO! Isn't that exactly the whole point? Then it is better for you to eat a little bit lesser amount of it and rather be aware of the bad content, instead of eating it all the time, which may actually end up making you sick?

 

 

Some of you think "but you are out traveling, then you have to enjoy yourself a little", hmmmm ... that's what I do, produced food, sushi and protein bars, not very healthy, but better than much else . Also, there are many variations of the notion of coziness. You can still enjoy food even though the meal is not packed with calories and bad foods. You can´t expect to enjoy bad food all the time, not if you want to reach your goals or maintain a beautiful, lean, slim and strong body. Because beauty comes from the inside.

TO LATE TO TURN AROUND

I feel bad, I'm nauseous, unwell, and really want to throw up. Just hope everything goes as it should. At least I have arrived at the airport train.

 

Thousands of thoughts rush trough my head, the saddest moment  was to say bay to mum, who was so sweet and helped me to the train with my suitcases.

 

 

When I woke up in the morning today I started the day with a coffee and 1/2 grapefruit, not the big stuff I managed to get in myself since I had a lot to do. Have with me two great taste protein chocolate bars and save some space for cake and champagne which will be so nice to enjoy when I arrive at the apartment๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฐ    

 

 

I put on some red nail polish and look out through the window of the train. BYE dear snow ๐Ÿ‘‹ 

 

I throw in a bottle of water, all too easy to hurt my head when I drink too little water, especially when I am traveling.

 

Crossing my fingers to make some shopping through the tax-free, would like to have some makeup and a perfume. I almost never reach to buy anything at the airport since I travel so often with hand luggage and just run into the airport just an hour before departure. This time, thankfully, I has planed a little longer time at the airport. Everything has gone smooth so far, if it goes smoothly the rest of the trip then this just MUST be a meant to be I guess. Don't you think so then ??

MY LAST DAY IN NORWAY

I take a time-out while I´m packing, throw myself down on the bed full of clothes and two big suitcases. Yes, think tomorrow will move to London! In fact, I had never imagined that. Finally, the waiting is over. Although I have been waiting for this for several months, but it now feels like everything is happening so quick. It's almost as if I want to delye it, but no, I just have to through my self out in it!

 

Even though I've done this before, I'm still excited and nervous, actually even more, I guess the age has got me a little. I'd probably never have moved to Miami again as I did last year. When I did, I didn't even think about it, I just did it, and I didn't write anything about it either, since then I had closed the blog for a while. I would never have thought that I would start the blog again as I did this summer either, but now I can take you with me on the journey.

 

I'm going to miss everyone !!! Family, the animals on the farm and the gym in Mjøndalen. And I hope you readers get along with me on this tripโค Thank you so much to everyone who has wished me well and good luck so far, I really appreciate it. I´ll soon be back in town for a visit๐Ÿ˜„

London? No, Iwouldnever expect that!

.. I know you might wrinkle a little on your nose when you see it lying a load of pillows in my suitcase, that I understand well !! Hahaha ... I actually have 5 velvet pillows with me, and 4 of 3m long velvet curtains. Yes, I actually have with me pillows and curtains I have sewn so that I get long enough curtains for the apartment. Interior means a lot to me, so I gladly fill a suitcase with it. Didn't take the chance to find Velvet curtains with 3m length without having to a special order.

IยดM MOVING TO THE UK!

I'm excited, I'm nervous and I'm terribly excited !! Oh my God, think that I'm moving to the UK!! This past week I have been thinking a lot about the decision I have made. You know when you are planning a thing and dreaming about it, but are not quite 100% sure of anything will become real life. But this past week, after the apartment is agreed and deals is done, it has now really dawned on me that I move!! It happens!!! I am so ready that I could have traveled only with my self and without taking anything with me. Haha ... But two suitcases are coming along. One with clothes and one with some stuff to the apartment.

 

Yesterday I spent the night sewing curtains that I should bring with me, also there are some clothes I have to sew a bit before they can be used and taken with me to London. I have started writing a package list and booked a flight ticket. No, dear friend, am I really ready for this ?! Although I'm ready to travel, I'm ready for this London life?????? It feels like I'm throwing myself out of the comfort zone again!! But I guess thats how it should feel when you reach for the sky.

 

 

 

I have a list every day with a lot of things to do. But every single day just rushes past before I finish everything I need to do. And when I come to London I already have a full schedule.

 

 

Can't promise there will be any more posts now before traveling but I'll try to update you as best I can :)

DETOX TIPS & MY 1. LIVE STREAMING SHOOT

Some of the days this week have been really late before I could go to bed. We have been sitting up late into the night to complete the mobile version of the website. Great that we have finished it, but there is still a lot of work to be done, such as making it user-friendly for all devices, (iPhone, Android, Mac, iPad, tablet, etc., and a little small fix here and there ... ).

 

Had some new shoots last week, and when I woke up the day before the 2. shoot, I saw that I was out of grapefruit !! Ohhh noooo… God, it was just emergency !!

 

I left the shower and with wet hair, in the morning coat, with Uggs, shades and leather glows, I rushed away to the shop to by some grapefruit. Only that tells how important grapefruit is to me! Hahahhaa ..! It is absolutely clear how much difference I notice on the body with and without grapefruit in the system. With grapefruit in the system and a good amount of water, you get cleaned through your body properly! And you help the lymph system to clean out all the bad shit so much faster! The world's best detox! I know I talk a lot about grapefruit, but seriously, it´s indescribably how much that fruit have helped me. I have notice so big difference in how I feel, my weight, my energy, and because it´s a lot of vitamin C in it, it also help the body with absorbing oter macro units better. With a grapefruit a day, my skin becomes so soft and smooth, and the figure remains drained and clean. Can't live without it!

 

 

So we smashed up the photo wall and had a studio in my living room while we ran Live broadcast on Instagram through parts of the shoot. Nothing is better then work from home!

 

I have to admit it was a bit out of the comfort zone todo it live, even though it might not look like that, but I find it fun to see models running live streaming when they have shoots, so thought it might be a fun thing to do it. Incredibly cool that we had a total of 3756 views on my first Instagram live shoot sending! ๐Ÿ˜ Thanks to everyone that was watching <3

I WAS SHOCKED!

What a shock to come home to !!! I disappear in all this white shining powder!! Can't go to any places with so much snow !! When I got home from London on Sunday night, I had over 1 meter of snow over my car!! Lucky for me, I have a father that plows, so the snow on the farm is cleared away. But poor man, he does nothing else then plow all day and night long! And people send him pictures of how big the snow heights are! Not so easy to dump absolutely all the snow in the river either, take forever to drive away everything! He'll never rest with this weather! It has snowed since I went to England last week, and it still snows !!

 

It's INSANE! So people, please be kind to those who plows the snow, we are nothing without them in this crazy winter weather! It's doesn’t´t work to “be sickened take a day off from work either whit this kind of weather! All creds to you daddy๐Ÿ™Œโค

Just look at this big heaps with snow!!!!! Had to take a shoot in front of it!

 

 

I'm still pretty dense in my head and nose after the cold I had last week. Trying not to push me too hard on exercise so I don't break down the body too much. So then it becomes a little more lightweight strength and light heart on the training plan. I was thinking maybe I should just eat lesser food and skip the training this week, but I will try to complete 4 sessions. Currently, the main focus is on hamstrings (back thighs) and posterior deltoid (back shoulders), so I do not want to ruin already earned work. And no job, no progress.

PERSONAL FEELINGS I HAD ON MY LAST LONDON TRIP

When I last time travelled to London,I got some deep emotions rushing trough my haert.. I wrote this post, but some way too busy times made me forgot to post it.

Here it comes....

 

I got out of the door today, surprisingly without any problems. But to be honest, I don't really know what I've brought with me. After all, it is terribly difficult to only travel with small hand luggage now in this winter water when you want to wear warm jacket, robe, booties, boots, training shoes, in addition to exercise clothes, regular clothes, evening dress, warm clothes, + make up, curler, my own little pharmacy and everything else we girls have as a “must” to bring with us. Not surprisingly, the zipper burst once again, unbelievably enough I got it closed again.

 

Mom was kind an gave me ride to the flight train. Both she and dad were supposed to join the trip, something I really had looked forward to. Have not been on a trip with them for many many years so I had really looked forward to having them on this which means so much to me. But because of their jobs they both had to stay home.

 

When I was at the Norwegian airport all alone, again, there were many emotions that broke through me. I have thought many times in retrospect on what I have done so far, that “oh my godness, you really are the crazy Anne-Cathrine, who dears to do all that crazy stuff you do, and travels the world, just like that.” Sometimes I can´t belive how I dear to do it, it just goes by nature. To be honest it is many things I deared to do for one year ago that I would never ever dear to do again today. Like throwing me around and moving to Miami and traveling different places in the world alone. Till it one day suddenly stopped, and I experienced bad situations and how it is to be a official person. Was this the end? Now when it all just had begun? Is giving up a option here? No..nonono… I had to managed it, and continue, and I did. To my advantage, I have become even stronger and smarter. Experience with life makes you become a harder fighter. Yes, it has allbroght me somewhere, it has all brought med to good places in live I am very greatfull and happy for.

 

 

So it was a great feeling tho, standing there alone, me myself and I, without being scared, just little me, alone on this trip - yeah. It should be enjoyed!

 

 

I had some home made peanut butter cookies for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy and good to have in your bag on tour. And the wasabi nuts helped me fresh up my cold nose since I did not have any nose spray. Hopefully I will feel better soon.

IS IT MEANT TO BE?

The trip to London this time has been amazing. And we found the right apartment already after the first view and it was absolutely perfect! It had light beige walls with massive high holdings on the floor and 3m ceiling height, just how I like it! Lovely parquet flooring, and a shiny light gray wall-to-wall carpet in the bedroom. The bathroom was in warm, dark colors, and when you lie in the bathtub you look straight up into the cool roof that has the same light effect as the roof I had in my Oslo apartment a couple of years ago. And the doors, they looked so nice. Massive, thick woods material that reminded me of Bahamas. The apartment was big and spacious. Large bedroom with plenty of closet space, lovely white kitchen with black stone countertop, space for dining area and large windows in the living room where I can have long heavy velvet curtains and It was very centrally located within walking distance to almost everything. 

 

 

This has been a big step for me to take. It's really different to move to a city that I doesn't really know much about, it just attract me. It`s a weird feeling, it`s almost magnetic, like meant to be. I don't move to London because of the sun, ocean and palm trees, like Miami, so it´s different. But London have so much to offer, and I can`t wait to see it my self. This time it will be different, this time it will be even better!

 

Before I left London today we stopped by at a real old school gym called Muscle Limit where we killed hamstring and quads` (back and front legs), worked out all that pizza we oat yesterday, it all well spent for hard muscular work, and the rest of the day's candy and cake came with me on the airplane. Ohhhh yes baby..! I ended it all! 

 

And this gym was great! Although this was a real old school gym, they served delicious and healthy food there as well, and the music and atmosphere were on spot!

When I move in to the apartment I will celebrate with cupcake and a glass of champagne. Did you knew that I actually took a cupcake tattoo with a note that said "Addicted" on my arm when I was 17 yearsold, haha, just that showes how much I love cake! <3 

I allowed myself to be very flexible with food this weekend and fill up with everything I love. Including some unhealthy food that I like well. Because it is actually the case that one can not have unhealthy cheating bad food all the time, it just does not work well like that, then the food industry had killed us long time ago with all the bad food that is produced which still tastes great. Thank good that most people have a certain self-discipline and realize that it is not possible.

 

.... Don't get me wrong, I really love my healthy lifestyle with all the healthy foods that give me positive benefits, but for keeping the metabolism high so you still get the results you want, it is important to eat a little unhealthy sometimes and reach the maximum intake of calories your body needs, and a little bit more, to get in to a surplus, so the bodys metabolism do not get used to the days I am lower on calories (low-cal-days). It´s a bit out of my comfort zone, but Iknew if Idon`t do it, I will not get results either. Of course, I could have been higher on calories in only healthy food all the way, but then I would not have had the opportunity to really enjoy these cheat days as much as I do because the intake would then be limited because of the total had become a lot more higher.

 

 

Enjoyed myself well on the airplane. Some good protein bars, peanut butter vegan chocolate treats, tortilla chips, a Falaffel kickpeas meal, and a large gluten-free cupcake ๐Ÿ˜ people looked at me and be like: “omg this girls can EAT”, end then: "she can surely eat anything then without putting on weight”, but no, no no no! They have no idea what kinda hard work and good diet this girl has for like  90% of her lifetime. But I do it with joy because I love to take care of my body and I love to feel amazing and see a healthy and strong physique in the mirror.

 

Its always space for some treats, if you make space. Just do it right baby, just do it right;)

 

 

 

 

Then I popped into Gucci and LV at the airport, and had to take some fashion shoots! It`s so cool to see the egyptian style is starting to take place in the fashion world again. Just look at this fabolous Cleopatra inspired jewellery from Gucci!

 

And look at this fancy Gucci shoes! Oh my goodness!

Those was just breath taking glamorous! Luxury LV lights thats smells amazing! They would fit perfect in to my new apartment in London.

I WON OVER MY LARGEST FAIR! I DID NOT GIVE UP!

When I woke up in the hotel room in London this morning I felt a good sense of safety, a feeling I haven't had for a long time. God for a great feeling!

 

And right now I'm actually sitting in a cafe with a cup of coffee while I write. Even if it rains outside.

I remember last time I was in London, how scared I was. I was unable to be myself at all, I was unable to control anything other than to observe people around me, checking car numbers on cars around me and which I was driving with, and constantly be on guard after what have happened with on a trip before.

 

I was terrified, and had a heart rate of over a hundred the whole trip. But I went anyway. I went even though I didn't really dare. And I went even tho everyone else was saying I shouldn't.

 

 

Experiencing London again was a great experience and the start of this amazing adventure. The feeling I have inside me is indescribably great, and I´m so happy that I managed to rebuild myself after all, and did not let a shit break me down, got stronger, and not give up. Because it was close, and yes I often said to myself, "Why should you continue?" "Maybe you just should give up now, so you don't have to put yourself in danger again”.

 

 

But I know, in my life I would never ever been happy then, and I found out that if my life is going down the road, it would be worth it. Definitely! Like 100%! It´s maybe a bit over the top of me to say that, but I would never forgive myself if I had given up. I would go every single day thinking about how life could be if I didn't give up, and I would have spent the rest of my life seeing my own regret in my aura, instead of having an aura lightning up strength, joy and a big mastery!

 

 

It is good to have overcome my own fear of traveling again. What happened before has probably went harder on me than I thought, and it is only now after almost 3 months that I can finally tell I am myself again.

 

 

So far I've got a very good impression of London. Lots of nice people!

 

 

Now it´s time to check out different places in London, and go on a couple of views on a few apartments. I'll write a post later about the event from yesterday. It was amazing, and it will be fun to follow this beautiful adventure.

PHOTOSHOOT & A NEW TRIP TO LONDON

After the photoshoot with Jørgen today I had to take a quiet day home in bed. I'm starting to get quite cold and I have to get my suitcase ready for the London trip tomorrow.

 

I felt horrible when I woke up at 8 this morning before the shoot. My circadian rhythm has been quite different since I came from Miami, and in addition I am so won to sit up working at night. Feeling I have a little of sheet fair, and itás so cozy sitting awake at night when it`s dark outside, with all the snow lying over all the bushes and trees.

 

Tomorrow I will travel to London to attend a private preview event of the new superhero movie "Spirit of the pharaoh" that will begin to be created. The film's producer is Terry Jervis and the film is in collaboration with Marvel and Lego. Mr. Jervis was an executive producer for the BBC for over 15 years, worked in the BBC forover 25years, and he left the BBC to start his own company Jervis Entertainment Media (JEM), a manufacturing company that has made a number of documentaries and entertainment programs. He has worked with high-profiled musicians such as Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Spike Lee, Madonna, Elton John and The Rolling Stones. And in 2003 he produced an exclusive and critically acclaimed documentary about professional tennis players, Raising Tennis Aces - The Williams Story. Now he is going to make a new movie about the Egyptian pharaohs based on Egyptian history.

 

It is really motivating to see what other people are getting into. Hard work results. I know there is some others people as well who are working really hard to get this movie created too, and a project like this is truly admirable. I'm going to write more about this soon.

 

My shape has not been so good in recent days. I'm actually a person who almost never gets sick, but after having sick children on visit, it's easy for me to get infected like the rest of the family.

 

I´m sniffed and have hurt in my chest, so I try to do as well as I can to get well.

 

I have therefore eaten myself in a good surplus in order for the body to have a lot of energy left to fight bacteria. Yes I certainly ate 1000 kcal just for lunch. I have made energy-rich oat cakes with Biotech's protein powder with taste of cinnamon roll, and drinking tea cup on tea cup with raw grated ginger root.

 

But unlike the cold, I almost can't wait to get to London!

 

I know I do not really want to pack that bag now since I'm in such bad shape, but when I´m out traveling tomorrow, surely all the colds are forgotten.

HOW I EAT MY RESULTS

Yesterday I was driving really hard at the gym again. I've always went hard, but I've had a few weeks now that I haven't pumped up the muscles so much. I have only maintained it so that I was sure to not loose it, but have chosen to spend more time and energy on cardio simply because I have prioritized burning more calories on exercise and burning more fat rather than building more muscle. Now that I have an even lower fat percentage, it is also much more fun to do strength training when you can see the whole muscles move, and feel it in your shredded skin.

 

I feel souch a big different on the body when I have used my muscles properly. I feel happier, more wake, more focused on other things like work, I feel more motivated and think about what to eat to get the best results so the good workout is not wasted. When I choose food for what the body needs, I think about what food I have eaten earlier that day, and what needs the body has in terms of quantity and type of exercise.

 

For example, if I have eaten mostly proteins and carbs earlier in the day, I will get more fat in the evening. If I feel like replacing the amount of calories from fat with more carb (because you can eat twice as much carb for the amount of fat since 1g of carb is 4kcal and 1g of fat is 9kcal), then if I know my daily need for essential fatty acids such as omega 3,6 and 9 are already covered. These are fatty acids the body does not make and is found in foods such as salmon and flaxseed. If you do not eat this, I recommend you to take supplements such as omega-3 fatty acids or Q10 night light oil. Essential fatty acids are essential for, among other things, your brain to function optimally, your vision should stay good, and your concentration should be at the site.

 

     I did some good 20 mins of medium-high intensity warming up, then 60 mins weights, with focus on butt, quads and hams, and 20 mins of bike med-high intesity at the end.

 

After that, I drew the hooded sweater well over my head and went happy out of the gym. Delicious feeling !! Can't wait to come to London soon to train as a BEAST with my soul mate at a real old school gym!!!

 

My lunch today:

  • 1 box champignon
  • 1 packet of ham (100g)
  • 1 bag frozzen broccoli
  • 1/3 box beans 
  • Ca. 1 cup of almond milk over when everuthing is coocked
  • Spice of choice

THIS IS HOW I EAT TO KEEP A HIGHT METABOLISM ON A LOW CALORIE DIET

This weekend I told myself I was going to do a healthy cheat day <3

 

Usually I have a full day, or two cheat meals during the week where I eat exactly what I want. But because of Crohn's I always stay away from wheat flour and mostly away from sugar, since sugar works inflammatory on the body and gluten kill all the good bacterias. Because it causes inflammatory conditions in the body, and as a Crohn's patient, one has a chronic inflammation of the intestine all the time. If you then eat sugar, this inflammation condition blooms and makes you much worse and you will experience pain, gas, energy loss, digestion problems and other discomfort. And you will not be good again until the body has cleaned itself, that can take 2-3 days without sugar. If you eat some sugar all the time, this is an explanation for your pain and discomfort. If you eat wheat flour with gluten as well, and gluten is a bacterium that kills all your good intestinal bacteria, then you have NO soldiers to fight for you. Good luck!!

 

 

 

But since sugar and white flour are a fast carbohydrate and free off fiber, which in turn ensures a faster muscle recovery of the body, it is important to replace this with other fast-growing carbohydrate-rich sources, that gives your body the fast recovery effect anyway. So called "carb-loading".

 

 

 

This is why some companies put sugar in food goods / energy bars and drinks that are dedicated to athletes, because fast carbohydrates help the body recover faster, and since sugar is a cheap source of food, this is why it gets used. But then they do not think about the bad benefitt and that it can actually harm the human body. Fortunately, we have good companies that want to take care of us, such as BioTech, Quest Nutrition, and Barbell, that offer glutenfree and sugar free bars. Thank you for caring.

 

 

 

     Personally, I like to call it calorie maximizing, because I not only increase carbohydrates, I also increase fat levels, and calories generally to reach the maximum intake of calories your body needs. Carbohydrates are stored as glycogen in the muscles and liver. The point of carbing up is to fill these stocks from the lost deficit. Muscles store about 5-7g carbohydrates per kilogram. As a girl of 158cm tall and muscle mass of 46kg, my muscles can't handle more than maximum 300g of carb, and if I eat more, I feel extremely bloated since the carbohydrates are stored elsewhere than in the muscles. The liver can store about 100g, but this is usually always filled up since the body has this as the first priority and therefore saves the storage to supply the brain with the carb, and rather uses fat as energy rather than emptying the liver for glukose.

 

I eat the maximum body needs of calories for the body to have the chance to be in a surplus, and then gets it out of “saving modus”. Carbohydrates and calorie maximizing are also essential for leptin levels in the body to increase. These are hormones that control hunger, and when you have low leptin levels due to low calorie intake, the body separates out more cortisol and it will be harder to lose weight and the body burns muscle more easily.

 

If you need a day or two or more meals of calorie maximizing during the week, depends on how low you are in calories every other day. I usually put a limit on Max 2-3 days of extreme deficit, so make a calorie surplus before I repeat. Very effective for keeping a high metabolism on a low calorie diet.

 

The advantage of a healthy cheat is that you can almost eat twice as much food for the same amount of calories, and it does not take as long for the body to clean it selfs, (get everything out of the system). And it will take less time for you to look ripped and dry out again.

 

 

 

    I made my own energy bars made from chopped figs, whey protein from Biotech with the flavour cookies and cream, egg whites and almond flour, dipped in sugar free chocolate mixed with coconut oil to get a thinner chocolate cover and it becomes easier to dip the bars into the chocolate.

 

To use up the remaining chocolate I threw almonds and muesli into the bowl and stirred so that was also dipped in chocolate. Healthy, quick, super good and perfect snacks that make your body happy.

 

Try to have a healthy cheat for the weekend you too, and if you don't want to make the bars yourself, then BioTech's sugar-free Zero Bar is the perfect choise of industry food.

Dear reader....

 

Welcome to my brand new new website.

Finally, I have managed to get this website up and running, and finally I have a page where I can blog in English and at the same time have oppertunity to help all of you to rech yourgoals in training and dieting.

 

As you can see, this site will be a site where I post personal blogg posts and you can follow me on my journey through life, while the site for "Members Only" will be a page related to articles where you can learn about diet and exercise. These articles are written by me and you will also be able to get access to all photos from photoshoots that I don´t post on Instagram.

 

Previously I have only bloged in Norwegian on my Norwegian blog page, but since many of my followings are from other countries and I want to share my life with you to, I have now got up a blog page with translation into several languages. Feel free to comment on this blog post if you have a specific language request.

 

Much good and bad has followed me on my journey, and I am open and write about most things. Follow my life and I'll take you with me on the adventure.
